Solar Power is harvested using highly efficient state-of-the-art photo voltaic solar panels. The RBI team will carry out a detailed needs analysis and support this with a customized financial analysis to identify the size of the solar PV system that would best meet our clients requirements. We would be excited to discuss your energy savings plans and work out a cost effective plan to reduce your energy dependency on the power grid. We have off grid as well as grid sharing solutions that make a lot of business sense.

Electrical power installed for commercial and industrial use is generally 3 phase power. This type of power is always sensitive to the type of equipment that is connected and frequently requires the installation of power factor correction equipment to optimize the amount of electrical power taken to drive the equipment and reduce your electricity bill. The RBI engineers and technicians are highly trained and skilled to determine the power factor at your facility and will do the necessary analysis and installation of the equipment to optimize the power factor. Power factor correction is in general highly cost effective with short payback periods.

RBI has embarked on a new journey as an Independent Power Producer [IPP]. This journey has commenced with the award of a Solar PV plant to supply renewable energy to the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. We are currently working with our partners to deliver 41Megawatts of renewable energy to the EMM. RBI is committed to providing IPP services to other power users that may wish to gain independence from the Eskom Grid.
